The successful candidate in this role will collaborate with the embedded consultancy resources and work with stakeholders across the Division to analyse the current change initiatives and work with stakeholders to foster and embed project outcomes with senior leaders through to frontline staff.   The role reports to the Senior Project Manager. It will involve a considerable amount of stakeholder engagement and consultation. The change manager will be operating in an environment of limited established change management practices.
