Exceptional customer relationship management skills. Technical proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and platforms like Jira, Confluence, Adobe XD, and Figma. Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
