The Sharp & Carter Graduate Program
Our goal is to train and develop the next generation of university graduates into successful professional recruitment consultants. Our graduate program offers extensive training, hands-on learning experiences, and a clear pathway for progression and continuous development. We are proud to currently have 14 graduates participating in the program across various states.

Paid Opportunities: We offer paid opportunities in both our part-time internships and full-time graduate roles. Our graduates receive the same remuneration package as consultants, allowing them to earn bonuses even while in the graduate program.
