As a Power Platform Developer, you will take the lead on delivering technical solutions, driving system enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders across the our Queensland Government client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Change and Release cycles using Microsoft DevOps (Bug Fixes, Tasks, Enhancements)
• Designing and maintaining security permissions and roles
• Providing technical guidance on design and best practices
• Leading discussions and prioritizing enhancements to improve the PPM Tool
• Overseeing deployment management across Development, Test, and Production environments
• Troubleshooting and performing general administration of the PPM Tool
• Engaging with stakeholders to lead the phased implementation and support change management
• Transitioning manual business processes into streamlined, digital workflows
• Identifying and managing risks and issues related to system adoption and rollout

Tech You’ll Work With:

• Microsoft Power Apps – Design and develop custom business apps
• Power Automate – Automate workflows and boost efficiency
• Power BI – Build data visualizations and business intelligence reports
• Microsoft DevOps – Manage releases, track issues, and collaborate with the team
• Integration tools – Connect Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and third-party apps

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong background in Microsoft DevOps, application lifecycle management, and deployment processes
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions
• A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to lead discussions and drive business adaptation
