Based in SOR in Perth, with on-site parking.The Role As a Level 2 Systems Engineer, your role will see you act as key colleague in the operations team, offering remote support to customers. The role is a full-time permanent role, that comes with training opportunities to a L3, paid certifications, and a clear career progression plan. With benefits from structured HR processes, regular salary reviews, and continuous focus on personal achievements.Your duties will include: Provide remote support to clients, troubleshooting issues with Microsoft 365 Suite, Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory (AD) and some networking elements. Assist in managing and maintaining Azure environments. Handle a variety of customer technical issues and tickets, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of client systems. Provide remote support in a non-customer-facing role, allowing you to focus purely on technical work. Access to project work if wanted. The Person As a Systems Engineer (L2), you will need to be able to troubleshoot complex IT issues, manage system configurations, and support infrastructure such as networks, servers, and cloud services. Key skills include: Experience in a MSP environment - particularly high pace and high volume. Proven experience in a Level 2 System Engineer position or similar IT support role. Experience with or similar - Microsoft 365 Suite, Windows, Exchange Microsoft Intune, Active Directory (AD), Azure and ticketing systems. Basic networking knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on problem-solving and technical excellence.
