Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10, including two team leaders, to improve warehouse efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring parts are correctly stored and dispatched on time
- Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded efficiently, preventing delays and additional costs
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and workplace culture
- Identify process improvements and implement practical, hands-on solutions
- Work closely with leadership to integrate spare parts into wider warehouse operations
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, or logistics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and unite teams
- Hands-on approach with experience in a manual, process-driven environment
- A problem solver who thrives in an operational setting and enjoys improving workflows
- Strong safety mindset with a focus on compliance and best practices
- Comfortable working with paper-based and spreadsheet inventory systems (experience with LEAN manufacturing is a bonus)
