As the Warehouse Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is managed effectively, and leading a team to improve efficiency. With a focus on hands-on leadership, you will work closely with team leaders to bring together different departments, improve workflows, and ensure smooth loading, unloading, and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10, including two team leaders, to improve warehouse efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring parts are correctly stored and dispatched on time
• Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded efficiently, preventing delays and additional costs
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and workplace culture
• Identify process improvements and implement practical, hands-on solutions
• Work closely with leadership to integrate spare parts into wider warehouse operations
