We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established privately owned FMCG organisation who have been successfully operating for many decades across the ANZ region, in their search for a Supply Chain Manager.
   
Through building an outstanding culture of high performance, the business has a real appetite for continuous improvement and operational excellence which is engrained from the top down, including strong support from a highly dynamic ELT. With the business embarking on continued growth into new and existing markets, it now seeks an outstanding Supply Chain Leader to manage the end-to-end operation, including Procurement, Planning and Logistics (in-house + 3PL).
   
  
Position Overview: Reporting into the CFO, as Supply Chain Manager, you will assess and refine supply chain processes and strategies, enhancing efficiencies both locally and overseas. You will oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely deliveries while mitigating risks and disruptions. A key focus will be driving continuous improvement through best practices, automation, and technology adoption. You will analyse sales data, collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve forecasting, and lead the S&OP process. Additionally, you will mentor the Supply Chain team, fostering career development and leadership opportunities.

Also managing the warehouse team, you will ensure efficient inventory management, compliance, and safety. Further, you will be responsible for supplier relationships, sourcing, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance. Budget management, inventory optimisation, and cross-functional coordination will be crucial in ensuring seamless procurement and minimal waste.

Staying ahead of emerging technologies, you will implement innovations, manage risks, and provide senior management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  
  
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in E2E supply chain management, with a key focus on S&OP and international logistics.
  • A solutions focused mindset with an ability to enhance systems and processes through effectively managing and influencing stakeholders across all levels
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
