Our client are looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Leader to oversee our warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of products
- Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a compliant and secure working environment
- Oversee inventory control, minimizing stock discrepancies, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and customer service) to optimize supply chain processes

- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
