As Regional Logistics Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing management team across multi-site company owned distribution centres (DCs) in Victoria and South Australia. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability while identifying and nurturing talent to support career development. You’ll oversee day-to-day DC operations, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse activities that meet KPIs, financial targets, and uphold data integrity.
Driving continuous improvement, you’ll implement Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality while reducing costs. Leveraging your supply chain expertise, you’ll identify process enhancements to optimise customer service offerings and streamline operations. Collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) will be crucial in aligning operational goals with broader transformation strategies, supporting change initiatives, and building strong partnerships to maximise commercial outcomes.
You’ll champion a customer-centric approach, tailoring logistics solutions to evolving needs and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. Finally, you’ll maintain strict adherence to OH&S practices and legislative requirements, proactively creating a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment for all team members.

You will be adept to managing and driving high levels of performance across large and diverse blue collar workforces, and will possess an ability to drive strategic outcomes that align with business objectives whilst being present, ensuring a strong and inclusive culture is driven at an individual site level.
