In this pivotal leadership position, you'll be responsible for managing our forecast and replenishment system, maintaining accurate product forecasting for both local and international sourced inventory. Your focus will be on achieving high product availability while optimizing stock levels within budgeted targets. You'll lead a dedicated team and drive comprehensive analysis of out-of-stocks, excess stock, and working capital reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage national and international purchasing operations
• Develop and implement strategic procurement approaches to supply chain management
• Oversee purchasing of diverse goods within authorized expenditure levels
• Maintain optimal stock levels and manage out-of-stock items effectively
• Analyze purchasing trends and spend patterns to ensure cost-effective processes
• Administer supplier contracts and ensure compliance with specifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Manage risk, capacity, and cost controls proactively
