Position Overview:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, this role will see you own and manage replenishment planning across key retail customers, ensuring on-shelf availability and strong supplier collaboration. You’ll play a critical role in aligning demand and supply, optimising inventory levels, and building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end vendor replenishment planning for key retail accounts
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics to ensure supply continuity
  • Analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams to drive DIFOT performance
  • Support process improvements and planning system enhancements as the business scales
To be successful, you will have:
  • 2+ years’ experience in replenishment, supply planning, or a similar FMCG planning role
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Exposure to retailer planning portals or systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, Oracle) highly desirable
