Job Responsibilities:
Your major duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Manage the onboarding project, working with the external implementation partner
- Provide your expertise in the build stage of the platform
- Represent organisation as Project Manager and engage stakeholders through the implementation of the new onboarding system
- Present payroll services department as project manager for a variety of upcoming projects
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Strong experience using SuccessFactors 2.0 (including its implementation)
- Demonstrated long term project management experience
- A hands on and proactive attitude to support the organisation
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Process improvement focused role
- Long term fixed term contract - 6 months initially

- 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
