You will oversee the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design, to development, testing and deployment to ensure the tool implementation meets the requirements
You will be responsible for leading the following deliverables, including (but not limited to):
- Lead the planning and execution of the planning tool project, including project scope, goals, timeline and deliverables
- Colloborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate into technical specification for the implementation team
- Develop and maintain a project plan, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
- Serve as primary point of contact between business stakeholders, implementation team (external vendor) and Technology team
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, challenges and risk management plans
- Identify potential risks or issues early in the project lifecycle and take proactive steps to mitigate them
- Ensure the planning tool meets the business’ quality standard through thorough testing and validation
- Oversee (with Technology team) the testing phase, ensuring any defects are resolved promptly
- Coordinate the training of users on the new Planning tool
- Post implementation support
The successful candidate must be:
- CPA/CA qualified
- 5-7 years within commercial finance
- Extensive Project Management experience
- SAP, Business Warehouse and Power BI experience
