We’re looking for a SOC Manager to join a growing cybersecurity practice, leading a strong and established team of security analysts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to move into a leadership role and take ownership of security operations in a business that values long-term investment in its people.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and mentoring a team of experienced security analysts
- Driving security operations and ensuring best practices are followed
- Acting as the key point of contact for security operations, including client-facing responsibilities
- Providing hands-on support when needed while primarily leading and orchestrating the team
- Enhancing SOC processes and workflows to improve efficiency
- Working closely with senior leadership to align security strategies with business objectives
- At least 3+ years of SOC experience with a solid understanding of security operations
- Someone who has worked in a SOC environment and is ready to step up into a leadership role
- Strong team management skills – experience leading a small team and driving operational success
- The ability to articulate value, manage stakeholders, and represent the team effectively
- A hands-on leader who is comfortable balancing strategic oversight with occasional technical involvement
