We are seeking an experienced IT Manager on behalf of our client to take ownership of their IT operations, leading a small team and managing relationships with external vendors and service providers. This is a hands-on role where you will develop, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading company in the graphics and printing industry, working in a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Based at their East Perth head office, you’ll provide IT support and systems administration for teams across Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own and manage all IT systems, including Apple hardware (Macs, iPhones, iPads) and Windows client/server environments.
  • Develop and implement IT processes, security measures, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Lead and mentor a small IT team while working closely with vendors and service providers to optimise IT performance.
  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including user accounts, Wi-Fi, VPN, LDAP, DHCP, Radius, and SQL databases.
  • Oversee and improve VoIP systems, multi-function printers, and other IT-related hardware.
  • Manage and track IT assets, licenses, and documentation while ensuring best practices in system administration.
  • Support business growth by researching and implementing new technologies and infrastructure improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A proactive leader with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in system and network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple MacOS and hardware—experience with Adobe Suite is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of IT security, system backups, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support a fast-paced business environment.
