This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity for a Service / Help Desk Analyst to join this professional services organisation. In this role you will manage user incidents, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary contact for IT support requests and managing ticket lifecycles
  • Communicating incident status and resolutions to users and vendors
  • Contributing to the improvement of help desk processes and documentation
Your experience would include: 
  • Experience in a help desk or service desk role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Exchange, Intune
  • Service Now experience is essential
