Key Responsibilities
- Support two existing analysts who work directly with various sites on project activities.
- Conduct a total network freight efficiency review, helping optimise the movement of products across the supply chain.
- Work with stakeholders to set up and transition new supply chain processes.
- Extract and manipulate data from QlikView and Excel to support decision-making.
- Assist with master data requests and process improvements.
- Provide analytical support for infrastructure planning and capacity optimisation projects.
- Work on automating manual data processes where possible.
- Advanced Excel skills – heavy data work required.
- QlikView experience – extracting and transforming data.
- SAP knowledge (beneficial but not essential).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – working with different teams and presenting insights.
- Project coordination experience – understanding timelines and dependencies.
- Supply chain/logistics experience (advantageous but not essential) – ability to understand business operations quickly.
There will be an initial expectation to be in the office 5 days/week with flexibility as an option once you are on boarded and have an understanding of requirements/business/stakeholders. day rate is flexible depending on experience and alignment.
