We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our clients growing team in an exclusive opportunity. This role will be essential in streamlining our ticket management system, engaging with key stakeholders, and acting as a bridge between clients, the CEO, the Data Lead, and the Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets using Jira or similar ticketing systems. Ensure tickets are tracked efficiently, dealt with in a timely manner, and escalated as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, the CEO, Data Lead, and Engineering team.
  • Own the data associated with client projects, providing support in troubleshooting, prioritizing issues, and ensuring clear and timely communication with clients.
  • Oversee and maintain the integrity of all data related to ticketing, ensuring it is accurate and easily accessible for the business.
  • Act as the primary bridge between teams, ensuring effective communication between the CEO, Data Lead, Engineering team, and clients. Regularly update stakeholders on ticket statuses, progress, and next steps.
  • Ensure tickets are triaged and prioritized based on urgency, business impact, and client needs. Maintain visibility on the status of tickets and ongoing projects.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to ticket management workflows, data management practices, and communication strategies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in ticket management and prioritization, ideally in Jira or a similar system.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Must be comfortable engaging with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams, and translating complex issues into understandable solutions.
  • Ability to confidently own data, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility across the business.
  • Experience in fast-paced, startup environments, managing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively across different teams, from engineering to senior leadership.
  • Confidence in leading conversations, presenting to various stakeholders, and building trust.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle challenges and find solutions under pressure.
  • Experience in data analysis with a focus on managing workflows, ticketing systems, or data ownership across teams.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a tech startup environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working within development sprints.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
