Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Oversight: Take charge of a varied portfolio including investments in WA, joint ventures, and deferred management fee villages. You'll provide detailed monthly financial reports, analyse performance trends, and ensure compliance with financial covenants for debt facilities.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: You will handle the preparation of quarterly distributions, deliver comprehensive board reports, and perform investment analysis. Establish and uphold financial controls and offer advice on property transactions such as acquisitions, sales, and valuations.
- Process Enhancement: Partner with the Group Financial Controller to streamline manual processes and contribute to process improvements. You'll also be involved in the transition to a new ERP system.
- Audit & Compliance: Be a key player during the statutory audits, preparing workpapers and financial statements, and coordinating with external advisors for tax-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably within the property or fund management industry.
- Strong foundation in financial accounting and a solid grasp of accounting standards and principles.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with excellent time management skills.
- A proactive team player eager to contribute ideas, streamline processes, and support a growing business.
