Sharp and Carter are delighted to have partnered with a leading luxury retail business for a newly created Senior HR Advisor role located in the heart of Sydney CBD.
In this standalone HR generalist role, you will support a small to mid size client group across Australia.
Responsibilities & Objectives
- Managing Employee relations matters as they arise
- Review and implement HR policies and procedures
- Uplift employee engagement and standardize recruitment processes
- Coach managers on ER issues and investigations
- Handle mid-year reviews and roll out performance development plans
- Manage rosters and leave requests
- Oversee initial recruitment steps (job ads, initial screening, handover to hiring managers)
- Experience in terminations, PIPs, and ER investigations - essential
- Familiarity with Retail award advantageous
This role offers both flexible and hybrid work arrangements. With a dotted line to the Global Head of HR you will roll out Global HR initiatives as well as create and implement strategies locally.
This is a super role for an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HRBP who is seeking part time and flexible working arrangements.
