Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Reconciliation of daily general and subsidiary bank accounts
- Maintain, monitor, and create residential fees for clients
- Maintenance of all aspects of invoicing, creditors, Property
- Assist in month-end procedures, including adjusting journals
- and general ledger reconciliations are undertaken accurately
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual
- compliance reports – BAS, Super etc.
- Assist in the preparation of operational and capital budget
- Assist in annual budget and forecasts
- Assist with compliance of all financial statutory and government
policy requirements for the organisation and conduct all
activities with a high level of ethical standards.
