About the role:
This particular firm are after an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their team supporting across all areas of Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution including; contract disputes, estates litigation, intellectual property disputes, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, business litigation, franchise disputes, lease disputes and partnerships disputes.
About you:
You are interested in being a part of a growing firm based in the Melbourne CBD. You are wanting to continue your specialised experience across Dispute Resolution.
Some of the skills and experience you need to help you succeed in this role are:
- You must have completed a bachelor's degree in law (LLB or JD) from a recognised institution.
- 8+ years PQE.
- Experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer.
- Ideally have some level of management experience.
- You will ideally have portable practice or client base you can bring to the firm.
