Sharp & Carter is partnering with a respected Australian agricultural company seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to support their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer engagement, and process management.
As part of a structured and supportive environment, you will be responsible for key administrative tasks, customer interactions, and operational coordination. This full-time role (38 hours per week) follows a rotating shift schedule:
- Two weeks: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- One week: 9 AM – 5:30 PM
- One-hour lunch break
- Manage customer bookings, contract creation, and general administration
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
- Process and document customer requests efficiently and accurately
- Liaise with customers and third parties to resolve queries
- Assist in organising events and team meetings
- Support logistics and office coordination
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or internal sales support
- Reliability and and strong attendance record
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise effectively
- A solutions-oriented, proactive, and professional approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Full Australian working rights
