About the Role

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a respected Australian agricultural company seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to support their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer engagement, and process management.

As part of a structured and supportive environment, you will be responsible for key administrative tasks, customer interactions, and operational coordination. This full-time role (38 hours per week) follows a rotating shift schedule:
  • Two weeks: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
  • One week: 9 AM – 5:30 PM
  • One-hour lunch break
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer bookings, contract creation, and general administration
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
  • Process and document customer requests efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with customers and third parties to resolve queries
  • Assist in organising events and team meetings
  • Support logistics and office coordination
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or internal sales support
  • Reliability and and strong attendance record
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise effectively
  • A solutions-oriented, proactive, and professional approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full Australian working rights
