About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and people-focused Workplace Experience Manager to join a creative and forward-thinking consultancy. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and engaging workplace experience, supporting the team, and maintaining a well-organised and inspiring office environment.

Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will be responsible for fostering a positive culture, coordinating office operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to person, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Workplace Environment & Experience – Maintain a welcoming, well-organised, and engaging office space that enhances productivity and collaboration.
  • Facilities & Supplier Management – Liaise with suppliers, tradespeople, IT support, and the landlord to ensure smooth daily operations. Proactively manage office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Travel & Training Coordination – Organise travel, accommodation, and training arrangements in line with company policies and budgets.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support – Work alongside the Director of People & Culture to ensure a seamless process for new starters and departing employees, including IT setup, security access, and documentation.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve any workplace challenges that may impact efficiency or employee experience, implementing solutions as needed.
  • Culture & Engagement Initiatives – Assist in planning and delivering company social events, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive culture.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Workplace Experience, Office Management, or similar role.
  • A people-first mindset, with a passion for creating an engaging and collaborative workplace.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs.
