Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading Australian agricultural company to find a proactive Customer Experience Specialist to join their team. In this role you’ll provide coordination and admin support, build strong customer relationships, and manage key processes. This full-time role (38 hours/week) follows a rotating shift schedule:
- Two weeks: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- One week: 9 AM – 5:30 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
- Handle customer bookings, contract creation, and administration
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Process and document customer requests efficiently
- Liaise with customers and third parties to resolve queries
- Organise and participate in events and team meetings
- Support logistics and general admin tasks
- Assist with ad hoc duties as needed
- Experience in customer service or internal sales support
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and results-driven approach
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Proactive, accountable, and enthusiastic work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Agriculture industry experience is a plus
- Full Australian working rights required
