The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Safety Business Partners to support organisations in enhancing Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) frameworks, risk management, and compliance. These roles provide an opportunity to work in dynamic, high-risk industries, partnering with operational teams to embed proactive safety practices and drive continuous improvement.
  
Key Responsibilities Your role may involve:

• Safety Leadership & Culture – Partnering with stakeholders to foster a proactive safety environment
• Risk & Compliance Management – Ensuring alignment with WHS legislation, ISO45001, and industry best practices
• Auditing & Continuous Improvement – Supporting internal safety audits and enhancing WHS systems
• Training & Capability Development – Delivering safety training and upskilling operational leaders
• Contractor & Operational Safety – Implementing risk management strategies in high-hazard settings

  
About You
We are keen to connect with professionals who have:

• Experience in WHS, EHS, or HSE roles within manufacturing, logistics, construction, or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation, compliance frameworks, and risk management
• The ability to engage, influence, and support teams at all levels
• Relevant qualifications in WHS, auditing, or risk management (e.g., ISO45001, ICAM, Cert IV in Training & Assessment)
