Further details about the role:

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Factory Manager will lead four manufacturing plants, driving excellence across production, maintenance, and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This multi-site role is responsible for drive cost-reduction initiatives, enhance digital manufacturing systems, and lead strategic projects, including sustainability and process automation. Leading a skilled team, they will foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The ideal experience includes:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Site Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team (ideally upwards of 350 people).
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
