The Client is looking for dedicated registered nurses to provide comprehensive healthcare services in a correctional setting. You will be a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care to meet the health needs of people in correctional facilities.
- Plan and coordinate care with minimal direct supervision.
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team approach in a prison environment.
- Promote health and wellbeing through educational and preventative health measures.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and protocols.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of one year of post-registration clinical experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
