Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower the nursing team to consistently deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure clinical governance and full compliance with the latest healthcare standards.
- Collaborate closely with GPs and allied health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Implement and uphold robust infection control protocols and comprehensive safety measures.
- Conduct clinical assessments and oversee the planning and execution of wound care strategies.
- Provide triage, health monitoring, and manage chronic disease care plans (CDM) efficiently.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Certified Nurse Immuniser
