About this Role
As the Practice Nurse Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of nurses who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of our patients. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where your clinical expertise and passion for patient care will truly shine!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower the nursing team to consistently deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure clinical governance and full compliance with the latest healthcare standards.
• Collaborate closely with GPs and allied health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Implement and uphold robust infection control protocols and comprehensive safety measures.
• Conduct clinical assessments and oversee the planning and execution of wound care strategies.
• Provide triage, health monitoring, and manage chronic disease care plans (CDM) efficiently.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Certified Nurse Immuniser
