We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technology projects with a focus on business continuity and resilience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure the technology initiatives are robust, secure, and aligned with business continuity plans.
 
Key Responsibilities include:

• Project Management:Lead and manage technology and business projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Business Continuity Planning:Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the organization can continue operations during and after a crisis.
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.
• Stakeholder Communication:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project objectives align with business goals.
• Team Leadership:Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project milestones.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Performance Monitoring:Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and business continuity.

About you:

• Strong understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery principles.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on business continuity and resilience.
• Certifications: PMP, CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
