Job Summary:

We have a permanent role for an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver an applications project and support change management initiatives.
  
You will have a proven track record in managing IT projects, ensuring smooth application rollouts, and effectively guiding teams through organisational changes. This role will require strong leadership, change management and excellent communication skills to successfully execute whilst aligning with business objectives.
  
This is an exciting time for the business who are currently working with AI and robotics, therefore any previous experience would be desirable.
     
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the delivery of project (s) to deliver the agreed business outcomes
  • Build & schedule management of all technology build scope
  • Develop and maintain the process and documentation standards required to engage the Technology group
  • Input into the Technology Roadmap and for execution of the programme
  • Actively encourage innovation and change both in project methodology but also the delivery of project outcomes
  • Contribution to the development of systems, and processes to deliver operational excellence in cost, quality and business stakeholder satisfaction
  • Collaborate across the business stakeholders to ensure that customer impact is considered while delivering all projects or programmes of work
  
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in delivering IT applications focused projects
  • Proven experience managing change in behaviours, technology and processes
  • Experience across a broad range of Project Management tools
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in large organisations using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work across a complex IT environment in a global environment
  • Passionate about building a service delivery culture
  • Must be a strong advocate for how data and insights can improve business decisions
