The Role:

Reporting to the Group Partnership Director, the Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients, while leading a team of partnership coordinators within the Melbourne Sales Team.

You’ll be the central point of contact for major accounts, responsible for managing all campaign activity from planning through to execution and reporting. This is achieved via multiple platforms including team ownership, radio, print, television, digital, in-stadium, and live events—giving you a truly unique mix of channels to work across and the opportunity to deliver high-impact campaigns that connect brands with fans.

Duties
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients within the Melbourne region, ensuring seamless end-to-end campaign execution
  • Lead a small team of partnership coordinators, fostering a collaborative and results-focused environment
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build tailored, consultative campaign solutions that address client goals and add measurable value
  • Oversee all elements of campaign management, including timelines, budgets, and performance reporting
  • Set and achieve monthly sales targets and territory goals
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems, tracking deliverables, communications, and progress on client campaigns
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in campaign, account management, or commercial roles within media, advertising, or related industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with ease and professionalism
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring a small team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Confident using CRM systems and MS Office suite
  • Experience working in or alongside a media or advertising agency is highly advantageous
  • A passion for sport and media is essential
