With a proud history dating back to the 1950s, they partner with both boutique producers and major players in the wine, beer, and spirits sectors, providing trusted equipment, consumables, and expert technical servicing.
With multiple operational sites, strong inventory holdings, and a reputation for customer-first service, the business continues to grow in size and capability. As part of this growth, they are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead national warehouse operations from their Victorian head office.

The Opportunity
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take full ownership of warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll lead a dedicated team and work closely with procurement and field service teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Critically, you will also play a key role in the configuration and set-up of new warehouse locations as the business continues to expand—bringing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to the task.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a medium-sized warehouse team, ensuring strong daily performance, safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and reporting integrity, working closely with procurement and technical service teams.
  • Drive freight cost optimisation and improve logistics efficiency across all inbound and outbound activities.
  • Standardise and align warehouse processes across all sites, both nationally and internationally.
  • Confidently configure and establish new warehouse operations as part of network expansion.
  • Champion safe work practices, OHS compliance, and high operational standards.
  • Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely servicing and customer fulfilment.
About You You are a proactive and experienced warehouse leader with a strong background in logistics, inventory, and operational performance—ideally within a technical product or equipment-based environment. You’re hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable taking the lead in setting up and improving warehouse operations from the ground up.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing warehouse teams
  • Proven ability to configure and set up new warehouse locations and processes
  • Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with excellent numerical and systems capabilities
  • Current forklift licence and valid driver’s licence
  • Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms and best practice inventory control
