About the Role
Reporting to a highly regarded General Manager, as National Planning Manager, you will be tasked with enhancing Planning and S&OP capabilities across the group. You will lead a team comprising Supply and Demand Planners and importantly, will work cross-functionally to further influence behaviour change across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver weekly planning reports to the country Supply Chain team.
- Lead the national Supply & Demand planning team to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain across the country.
- Develop and implement the National Planning Strategy.
- Regularly review and update planning processes to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
- Cultivate a customer-focused culture within the planning team.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the planning function.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for the planning team to drive performance.
- Analyse performance against demand and supply plans, making necessary adjustments to align with business needs.
- Exceptional time management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Hands on Planning experience within a diverse SKU FMCG environment
- Experience reducing working capital through supply chain optimisation
- High EQ with an ability to communicate and influence across all level
- A solutions-driven approach to challenges, with a focus on delivering high levels of service.
