About the Role
As the National Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in uplifting capability, driving operational excellence, and ensuring service quality at scale. Reporting to the GM, you will:
- Map out current state processes and establish a structured CI methodology to drive standardisation and efficiency.
- Lead business improvement projects, working with IT and software teams to get the best out of ERP and Power BI capabilities.
- Improve DIFOT and customer service standards across a growing national network.
- Support the onboarding of new warehouses and customers, ensuring scalable, high-quality service.
- Work closely with the ELT and national teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth.
- Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve inventory flow, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste, improve pick/pack accuracy, and enhance labour efficiency.
- Streamline transport operations by identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimising fleet utilisation, and improving route planning
- Develop and track productivity KPIs for warehousing and transport to ensure ongoing performance improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workforce productivity, including training, process automation, and best-practice adoption.
- Work with key stakeholders across operations, IT, and logistics to implement technology-driven improvements that enhance end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
- This role is all about driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enabling scalable growth within a high-performing national 3PL business.
