An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a leading global law firm in their high-performing Finance practice group. Supporting a Senior Partner and team of senior lawyers, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly, both administratively and culturally, across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare complex, high-value client billing and cost reports.
- Provide seamless calendar and inbox management for the Partner and team.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings.
- Organise team events, client functions, and internal social activities.
- Mentor and support the team’s Administrative Assistant.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and support across the practice group.
- Maintain and update client files, documentation, and databases.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within a finance, commercial or corporate law practice.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior Partners and/or teams.
- Strong billing knowledge with experience in cost reporting.
- Proficient in diary management, travel coordination, and document handling.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
