About the role:

Supporting three technicians nationally, this role plays a crucial component of the business success. With a large focus on scheduling and liaising with internal stakeholders. Based in Cheltenham, working in a tight-knit well established, supportive team, this vacancy is available due to growth! This role offers the chance to grow within a rapidly expanding company, where your contributions will be integral to the team’s success.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting 3 technician with admin support, through scheduling meetings, calendar, booking appointments, flights, travel and other administrative tasks.
  • First point of contact with emails, phone calls and in person.
  • Coordinating and booking appointments with clients on behalf of technicians.
  • Preparing marketing packs for technicians.
  • Organising weekly planning and briefing meetings with technicians.
  • Updating the Salesforce with data and running weekly reporting.
  • Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks as required by the team.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded, will consider customer service, retail or hospitality experience for the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to think quick on your feet, not fluster and be able to reprioritise.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude as well as an ability to work independently.
