As the HR Manager, you will partner closely with business leaders, department heads, and the Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead HR initiatives across multiple regions. You will be responsible for workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring a seamless HR function that supports company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with best practices and ANZ labour laws.
- Advise senior management on HR compliance, workforce policies, and risks.
- Lead engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Support managers with performance management and leadership development.
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and HR systems.
- Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of international labour laws and workforce compliance.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations across multiple regions.
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, and digital HR tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
