What We Look for in Candidates:

• 1-3 years of Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition experience
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Experience in drafting and editing job descriptions
• Familiarity with recruitment/HRIS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, ATS systems like JobAdder, Bullhorn, BambooHR, ELMO, Employment Hero, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong teamwork and time management skills, adept at prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
