Service Provisions & Roster Reviews
  • Oversee regular roster reviews, ensuring alignment with organisational processes and rostering principles.
  • Facilitate consultations with affected employees and their representatives, adhering to notification timeframes.
  • Provide updates on roster reviews through various meetings and manage redeployment options during surplus processes.
  • Support escalation of disputes and grievances to ensure timely progress.
Advisory
  • Coach Service Managers on roster implementation and address concerns or disputes.
  • Prepare and maintain tools for surplus and roster reviews and provide roster education to employees.
  • Build a reputation as a trusted advisor, resolve issues, and drive solution-focused discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and contribute to HR projects.
Employee Relations
  • Prepare confirmation letters and track employee feedback during consultations.
  • Offer HR advice during roster reviews, stay updated on employment laws, and collaborate with operations to resolve conflicts and enhance engagement.
Policies & Procedures
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborate on process improvements.
  • Support the Roster Business Partnering team in refining the roster review process.
Employee Learning & Engagement
  • Assist in building stakeholder capability and deliver training as needed.
Workforce Review & Process Improvements
  • Gather feedback for continuous improvement and contribute to people processes and project planning.
