Seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our clients HR department. As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters. You will collaborate with managers and employees to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, while also contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support our client's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Support HR initiatives such as training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
  
Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
