As the HRBP for Supply Chain/Operations, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to deliver key HR initiatives and provide solutions across workforce planning, employee relations, and professional development. You’ll be an integral part of driving business strategy while ensuring the people side of the organisation thrives. You will be working across the manufacturing sites based in Hallam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Supply Chain/Operations leaders to develop HR strategies that support business needs.
- Workforce Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment for both hourly and salaried roles, including overseeing agency relationships.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on employment legislation, assist with performance management, and handle investigations as required.
- Professional Development: Support talent development, succession planning, and organise group training initiatives.
- Culture & Leadership: Promote a positive workplace culture and drive leadership capability initiatives.
- HR Support: Manage HR administration, including Workday system updates, payroll, and Workcover/return to work support.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Proven HR experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Strong skills in recruitment, Award interpretation, and employment law.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Workday preferred) and payroll is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to relate well to people at all levels.
