Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support the HR Manager with employee performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
- Help with compliance and reporting on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with organisational policies.
- Support the team in executing HR programmes, such as training, employee engagement, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
- A strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Experience with HR software and tools is preferred.
- A proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships within the organisation.
