We are currently recruiting for two ER Advisor roles with a leading organization in the essential services sector. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing expert Employee Relations (ER) support across the business.
Benefits
- Hybrid Work Model – 2–3 days in the CBD office, with offices also located in the South East and West.
- Competitive Hourly Rate – $50–$60 per hour + super.
- Immediate Start – Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension or permanency.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end ER casework, working closely with frontline managers to resolve workplace issues effectively. Your key focus will be on providing expert advice and coaching to both blue- and white-collar employees across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ER casework, including investigations into bullying, harassment, and misconduct.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling performance management and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
- Assist in policy development and continuous process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team on broader HR initiatives and projects.
- Proven experience managing high-volume ER cases from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of workplace legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Ability to work with both blue- and white-collar employees across different levels of the business.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
