The Position
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key member of the HR team, supporting a designated client group as their trusted advisor. You’ll play an integral role in driving HR initiatives while offering hands-on support and guidance to leaders across a range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead People Activities: Manage and deliver key cyclical people activities, ensuring smooth execution.
  2. Leadership Support: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and conduct, including managing investigations and disciplinary processes.
  3. Recruitment Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned client group, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  4. Training Plan Development: Collaborate with leaders to create tailored training plans for individual employees and functional teams.
  5. Project Management: Contribute to HR project work, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic objectives of the People function.
  6. Administrative Support: Assist with ad hoc HR administrative duties as needed to support the wider team.
