Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving proactive safety initiatives, risk management, and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, managers, and key stakeholders to ensure safety standards are embedded and continuously improved.
Key Elements
- Lead proactive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 45001
- State-wide responsibility, with collaboration nationally
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Partner with site teams, managers, and clients to embed WHS best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and support the rollout of WHS software
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance safety culture
