Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to day delivery of the eCommerce trading strategy
  • End-to-end webs­ite content management including homepage, category pages, landing pages, promo flags, navigation, and other on-site content
  • Work with the brand and eCommerce Trade team on website content including copy writing, SEO, photography & video, and the creative direction of the website aligned with brand guidelines in preparation for Go-Live
  • Manage ecommerce photo shoots with studio, arrange samples and listings of items, check and approve all imagery that comes back from the photo studio
  • Execute and/or oversee the setup, testing and deployment of website campaigns, promotions, pricing, and day-to-day management of the website which includes but not limited to weekly hygiene check on products, online store merchandising, pinning products to relevant category pages in accordance to the promotional and trading marketing calendar
  • Ensure website pricing, product images, inventory and content is correct and actioned ahead of deadlines
  • Report on the website KPIs i.e. conversion traffic, basket size, UPT and category performances
  • Work closely with the Head of eCommerce, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and CRM teams to drive the following digital outputs: email, database acquisition and retention, database segmentation and analysis, traffic management, SEO, SEM, retargeting and management of affiliate networks and all digital marketing spend with targeted ROI
Skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in ecommerce/digital environment
  • Apparel/Fashion experience (desirable)
  • Retail experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Customer centric focused and can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple activities and projects whilst leading a small team
  • You must be able to work autonomously as well as possess strong team spirit and have a bright and positive attitude.
