Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the digital marketing strategies and delivering strategic marketing support to all brands in line with the broader marketing strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop, manage and launch social media content and channels, and oversee all digital content
- Manage brand website content, e-commerce platforms, newsletter platforms and relevant plug-ins
- Set the direction for digital marketing strategy development and implementation
- Build best-in-class digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactical plans to drive brand awareness and increase business results
- Collaborate on key projects, co-create marketing strategies, provide strategic support, and deliver on marketing objectives
- Lead the measurement of key goals and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels with regular reporting against these metrics
- Review financials and performance data with management to achieve budgeted results
- Lead process excellence and continuous improvement efforts
- Lead and collaborate with agencies as required
- Maintain current professional knowledge regarding trends and developments within industry
- Record of continuous education in various marketing disciplines, with a focus on digital marketing
- Minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience with success working autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to develop a strategy, set up and establish SEO/SEM, paid and organic social, content, etc. while meeting deadlines
- Advanced understanding of online marketing channels: e-commerce, online video, programmatic, paid, and organic social media, paid search, influencer marketing, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of campaign management processes and tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise responsibilities and work well under pressure
