About the Role:
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting sales and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment and seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tailored marketing materials, managing events, and driving go-to-market strategies for product launches. This position will see you working closely with cross-functional teams, the sales department, and global counterparts to enhance brand impact and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Bridge the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of initiatives.
- Tailored Marketing Materials: Develop high-quality marketing collateral for diverse regional and customer-specific needs, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and product guides.
- Event Management: Coordinate and lead trade shows, customer events, and other key marketing activities.

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a generalist marketing or product marketing role.
- Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Strong skills in creating and managing marketing materials, including print production.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Canva, and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated capability to align sales and marketing efforts effectively.
