Large global business is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an international transformation programme within Finance, Marketing & Business Development, and Property & Workplace. You will work closely with the Project Manager and SMEs, acting as a key liaison between local business stakeholders and the central programme team. Your role will focus on analysing and optimising business processes, ensuring local requirements align with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AS IS/TO BE processes and identify local nuances.
- Facilitate workshops and support process optimisation initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for business processes.
- Communicate project updates and risks effectively to stakeholders.
- Support change management and training activities.
- Ensure alignment between local business needs and central programme objectives.
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis.
- Strong process mapping and optimisation skills (BPMN 2.0, Visio).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and manage conflicting requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of Finance and Back-Office administration processes (desirable)
