About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced administration all-rounder to provide data entry and customer service support to plough through a back-log of accounts.
The ideal individual will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to speak with customers.

Responsibilities
  • High-volume data entry through Zoho
  • Customer Service - outbound calling to chase missing information
  • Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
  • Retrieving & manipulating documents
  • Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
  • Prior data entry experience is essential.
  • Experience working with Zoho is highly regarded, alternative CRM experience may be considered.
  • Must be available Monday - Friday.
  • Excellent knowledge of data and document control processing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and use of initiative.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once.
